Questions

Is the licence per user or per company?

Per user. One subscription is one person with their own sign-in, their own encrypted data space and their own engine push secret. Colleagues subscribe separately; a shared team data space is an Enterprise option.

Which payment methods work?

You pay on a hosted payment page (cards, and depending on the page Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or bank transfer). Your sign-in details are mailed the moment the payment is confirmed; a trial needs no payment at all.

What counts as an "active rig"?

A well that receives live pushes from the engine. Finished wells stay in the dashboard for ever and do not count. Drilling two wells at the same time needs one extra-rig add-on.

What do you store on your servers?

Your organisation record, usernames, hashed passwords, the licence state and - if you use sync - encrypted data objects we cannot read. Nothing else. See security.

What does the AI add-on need?

No API key. The reasoning runs on your own workstation: with Claude Code signed in to your Claude subscription (best - it reads your full local data), with a local model through Ollama (offline), or with an Anthropic API key if you prefer. Questions from the dashboard are encrypted and answered by your engine; our servers relay ciphertext only.

How do payments work worldwide?

Checkout accepts cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and common local methods in 135+ currencies; receipts and VAT invoices are issued automatically. Bank transfer against invoice is available for annual plans.

What happens when my subscription ends?

You get reminders before the end date. After it the engine stops pushing and the dashboard stays readable for 7 days, then sign-in is refused. Your data is on your own disk the whole time - nothing to export, nothing to lose.
